Step-by-step instructions
Step 1
Start by marinating the meat. You can prepare it at night and then cook it the next day in the afternoon or evening, the meat will taste better. Put the meat, garlic paste and ginger, salt, and 3 teaspoons of oil in a large bowl or bag. Mix well, keep in the fridge for 2 days. The longer it stays the more delicious it is

When ready to cook, remove the meat from the fridge. Prepare ingredients; chop onion, tomato, and coriander leaves set aside

Put 2 tablespoons of food in a frying pan or pan on low heat, boiling add parsley, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, and bay leaves. Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Add medium heat, then add onion juice; fry until the onion starts to soften

When the meat is ready and soft, and if you are satisfied with the weight of the roast, add the coriander leaves and remove the roast from the kitchen.
